Yes. The lid works with your tailgate, not against it. Open and close as usual, no interference.

Yes, it works with most factory spray‑in liners. Some drop‑in liners may need minor trimming at the clamp areas. If you are unsure, send us a photo of your liner for confirmation.

Our current finish is in a premium black for maximum UV stability. Colour options are under review.

No. FlexiDek™ uses existing factory mounting points, so there’s no drilling or modifications required. Your vehicle remains completely intact, helping preserve both your warranty and resale value.

Professional installers can have it fitted in about 10 minutes, while first-time installations typically take around 30 minutes.

Yes, you can install it on your own. Having someone help with alignment can make the job easier, but it’s not necessary.

You need a phillips head screwdriver, 10mm and 13mm spanner. That's it.

Yes. FlexiDek™ removes in seconds, restoring full use of your load bin for oversized cargo like couches or dirt bikes. Reinstall it just as quickly when needed.

With the lid removed, you also have full access to your load bin, making it easy to clean thoroughly when needed. The panels are compact enough to be conveniently stored in your garage, in the load bin, or inside the vehicle behind the seats.

Simply close the tailgate and the lid locks automatically. There are no separate keys or external latches. On compatible Rangers with central locking, Flexidek™ locks and unlocks with your vehicle remote.

Yes. The dual opening lets you load from the front or back, and you can remove the lid completely to eliminate any height restrictions.

FlexiDek™ is designed to keep your load bin dry in rain and everyday conditions. Its overlapping panels and sealing system help keep out water, even in wind-driven rain.

In more extreme conditions — such as direct high-pressure washing at the seals — a small amount of water may enter.

No. FlexiDek™ is not designed as a walking surface and is not rated to support body weight or rooftop tents.

Similar to the bonnet of your vehicle, it may not break under load — but standing on it can cause deformation or damage. Avoid standing or applying concentrated point loads to the lid.

FlexiDek™ is made from a high-performance, automotive-grade polymer commonly used in exterior vehicle applications.

It is engineered to withstand harsh environments, with excellent UV resistance, colour stability, and impact resilience across a wide range of temperatures.

FlexiDek™ weighs less than 25 kg in total, with each panel coming in at around 8 kg — making it light and easy to lift and handle.

Wash with car shampoo and water. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive pads. Keep the seals clean and, if needed, apply a silicone-free rubber care product sparingly. Do not use petroleum-based dressings on the seals.

ASA resists UV ageing significantly better than ABS. Normal care and cleaning will keep the finish looking sharp for years.
